As restrictions lift, we know our guests - like our staff - are incredibly excited to experience our venues at their best, together.
From 19th July, you'll be able to head to our bar once again with those preferring to sit back and relax still able to order through our table service or via a mobile device.
We will encourage our teams to continue to wear face coverings and know our wonderful guests will respect the decision of each team member as to whether they do so under the new government guidance. We also encourage our guests to continue to also wear a face covering while moving around the venue, where possible.
To ensure we continue to deliver the best and safest experience possible for all, all of the time, our teams will be monitoring the capacity throughout each day alongside our increased cleaning schedule.

Q&As: Below are some answers to your key questions…
Q: Do you need to wear a face covering from 19 July?
We will encourage our teams to continue to wear masks and we’d love everyone to do the same when moving around. It is our employee and guests’ choice whether a face covering is worn and whatever that choice we will continue to ensure that everyone feels welcome.
Q: Can I make a group booking?
Yes, from 19th July we are now able to take group bookings once again from any number of households. You can make a group booking enquiry here and a member of our team will be in touch to discuss your specific requirements, confirm our availability and get you booked in.
Q: What if I have to rearrange or cancel because I am isolating, will I be charged?
We understand that plans change or you may be required to self-isolate*, so if you do need to rearrange or cancel your booking we ask that you give us at least 24 hours’ notice to allow us to reallocate your table and avoid any potential charges if a card authentication or deposit have been made.
Bookings up to 7 guests can simply rearrange or cancel via the link in the booking confirmation email, and groups of 8+ can do this by contacting the venue directly on Facebook, email or calling.

Q: Is there social distancing in place?
To keep everyone as safe as possible, we are asking that everyone who enters our venue (teams and guests) have spatial awareness and be mindful and respectful of everyone else’s space.
Q: What are the symptoms that mean we shouldn’t visit?
Please don’t enter the building if you have any of the following:
A high temperature
Loss or change in your sense of taste/smell
And/or new persistent cough
Q: Can I order and pay on my mobile?
Yes, we will continue to have a number of tables where you can order and pay via your mobile device – please ask a team member to show you where these are and on these tables you can simply scan the QR code or type in the website address to get started and place your order.
Q: My gift card expired during the lockdown, can I still spend it?
All gift cards that expired between 1st of December 2020 and 17th May 2021 have been extended to enjoy with us until 30th November 2021.
